Hello, i just saw on twitch some guy played with Mikah and other heroes but his account level was only 1! I mean this characters request hight rank level for to be unlocked, but he was able to play on them on level 1! How can i unlock characters early too? And how he did it? I'm really confused.

He's a veteran player from before the patch. He unlocked her before the patch implemented the new level system. Everyone in the new patch, including veterans, start at level 1.
I had almost all the heroes from prior patch to when I was level 1 in this new patch. We already payed for them in the prior patch, at twice the cost to be honest. It's like this for cards as well.
The new heroes aren't more OP than the original cast, trust me. Alicia is one of the best raiders in the game and Hans is a beast in almost all situations on any map. So just be patient, you will get there. You're just a newer player or you didn't get the character prior to the patch.
