Title: Cant connect to server

just downloaded the game through steam and when i go to play it and it wont let me connect to the servers it just tells me to play in offline mode everything else is connecting fine so i know its not an internet issue. im a pc

My advice is gather evidence to some kind of refund, that's what I am doing.
