your progression system is a joke...
my armor & resistance been 43% brute force been 75% since i been at lvl 76 and i'm lvl 80 and i'm still at 43% & 75% fix this.

Doesn't sound like a "bug", but diminishing returns. That's only a 4 level difference you are looking at.
I don't even think I've hit a clean 100% brute force yet and i'm in the 130's, been at 99% for a while.

I'm not trying to say it's great. But can you imagine if it progressed at the rate you imply that would want it to? A level 200 would have an INSANE advantage over new players and lower levels. The levels go beyond 200, I've seen. We would be talking about % in the hundreds. It's already bad enough there is an advantage over new players in the double digits, but you, OP, want to one shot people with punches and single bullets.
I would desire even LESS % advantages, and you are complaining about wanting more.
