Title: Invite function doesn't work for me

I am unable to invite friends to the game. Nothing pops out when I press "add to group" button. I play through Steam, and when someone invites me I still can alt+tab and accept them from Steam message. But there is no option to change a leader of the group, so I can't invite them to maps only I have.
