Bug report & Technical Support / Xbox Live Services Error

Greeting Spacelords Team,

So, I've not played Spacelords in a long time and played it back when it was still Raiders. This being said, I've reignited my itch to play the game and when I went to load the game up, it played the intro and made it to the logging in screen, which gave me this error:


My gamertag is MonoStreah.
Things to note:
  • I have Xbox Live/Game Pass Ultimate
  • I have restarted, cleared save data, and power cycled my Xbox.
  • I am part of the preview program (Alpha Ring)
  • I have reset my router throughout the process to make sure it wasn't a connection issue, and I am wired into the router
Any assistance in the matter would be lovely, as I know sometimes things happen with accounts or players aren't transferred to new servers when they don't play for long periods of time.

Late as usual to the party, good mornafterevenight Raiders. My real name is -REDACTED- but most call me by gamertag on Xbox One, His main console.. ..which is MonoStreah or just Mono for short. I am from the east coast of the US in a city outside of Raleigh, NC.  I am an amateur voice actor.. Means he hasn't gotten a paid job yet.. .. and I also stream for Microsoft's Expertzone Community channel on what's now called Mixer .. (insert shameless plug: bit.ly/EZMixer ). I'm into a lot of things, and tend to skate the fridge of fandoms as a whole. If you wanna talk superheros or villains, whovians or homestucks, anime vs 2D girls.... I'm kinda into it all. My iRL job.. Meaning the one that pays his bills.. is a habitational technician for the state I live in, meaning I help kids with special needs live their lives to the fullest. I use video games as an outlet for many things, and when I saw Raiders, it made me want to play it. I don't regret my decision, and I hope to help make this game better and... um.. if they need voice actors.. I have a demo I can send..  ;D

I literally registered for the forums to respond to this first. I love when devs do this. That and when you see Kid Dracula, you know things are serious. I assume it's gonna be a price point of US 19.99 or 24.99 for the Season Pass thing? (and now we play the guessing game.. kinda like price is right, with less risk).. though ideally and based on the rebellious nature of the game, my low numbers are 9.99 for the game and 14.99 USD for the season pass version.
