Since they did I'm not gonna miss this chance, maybe there's still hope.

Actually the math i did was slightly generous. Because i haven't factored in the matchmaking time and i haven't added the games without antagonist and matches were you lose or disconnect and it was based of a mission which has the second highest gold reward. And not many mission are " high "on gold. There's only 2 the first mission of alien myth and i think the 3rd one on wardog fury.

This is the first time my post is replied to by a dev and my other posts are usually commended and liked by other members of the community. In which i suggest ways to improve the game.
Like not forcing players to play as antagonist for core game unlocks, while also suggesting different acceptable ways to do so.

Here's one :
Character cost 180k
Average gold per match with antag and score of 7+ gets u about 2k , time spent about 30min
The math :
180000 ÷ 2000 × 30 = 2700 hours of grinding
About 112days of straight grinding with no food or water or bathroom break or spending gold on lore or guns etc..
I don't think free to play games do that why should u charge us for the game and then force us to pay extra for characters and cosmetics.
This is some EA level crap.
Make up your mind choose either free to play or a buy to play you can't have both.

I have been patient with this game i was one of the first to pick it up and support it even though everybody thought it was not worth it. But with this level of either greed or negligence towards the economy of the game and lack of appreciation to the player base time and effort ...
I give up

Well since it seems winning and high score are basically ineffective, then the best strategy is to fail on purpose n save ur self the trouble and save time 🤔

The game is not about earning points or upgrades. This is all about "EGO" and exhibitionism.

Being top number 1 antagonist and humiliate and bully the noobs!

U clearly don't like the forced antagonist system. An i assume u agree with what i said. So let's keep this topic alive n get the devs to notice 😊

I agree wapons needs a fix. But disagree on ur solution.
What i suggest is a form of character mastery, for example:
1. Get the blueprint.
2. Achieve a certain milestone  ( kill a certain no. of enemies,captains,ect..) or complete a certain no. of objectives. Or do the previous milestones with a certain gun equipped to unlock the new one.

As for the lore. It should not be locked at all. Except if u must make it cost a nominal fee.
Example for character lore > character points
Faction lore > faction points
World lore > gold
Should cost at max 100~200. Otherwise ppl would completely ignore it and think i would rather spend my money on weapons/ cards, and F the lore.

By this u remove need for antagonist system as a must play to enjoy the rest of the game.
As for why should ppl play as or against antag. Simply make it an optional mode that on top of the old regular rewards it rewards u with mercury points for both raiders and antagonist.
As most ppl think it's not fair and offensive to have to pay the game and the cosmetics separately. 🤗 problems fixed ur all welcome.

Plz devs fix this ASAP. This is one of the major problems killing the game n player base!!!

Ja, we encountered this issue as well. Just create a PSN account in your friend's region, download their version of the client, and you can play it on your account without restrictions (or just have your buddy do it instead). I think it's only separated by EU and US versions, this is what I personally encountered.

I agree with u. This game is great and has such strong foundation and potential, gameplay wise may need a few buffs n nerfs here and there , nothing too game breaking though ( except for pc hans players " antagonists " wrecking us console players 😥.

As for matchmaking,there's no excuse. The game is already cross play between pc and console, so there shouldn't be a shortage of players at any given time. I think the problem is with the matchmaking parameters and game servers. So the devs need to look into that.
Since I got the game I'm almost always matched with the same players.🤔

Main problem is with the game economy and progression system , THAT needs a major overhaul 🤔

Onto the main topic :
Blueprints do need a tweak, what i suggest is :
1. increase the drop rate overall.
2. Score of 7+ should have 90% drop rate for blueprint.
3. Score of 8+ should have 100% drop rate for blueprint.
4. Game should take in consideration blueprints already owned by the players, directing the RNG towards the missing ones.
5. To unlock the weapon after owning the blueprints u need to play the " character " -> rank him/her up -> thus earning the right to unlock the weapon.
6. Weapon unlock after owning blueprint should Not be with gold, as already so many other items rely on gold ( breaking economy and causing frustration due to players fighting over gold almost every game)
7. The currency for unlock should be character points or something new ( character exp).

I have a US and can confirm that this works, a bit inconvenient though. It's a good work around till the divs can fix 👍

Basically i can't invite or accept invitations if the friend bought the game from a different region. The invite msg says (view game in ps store)
Plz fix that 🤗
