Suggestions / Individual scoring for missions + Rewards

I'd like to be scored individually at the end of a mission, I keep getting lower scores because a player (or 3) on my team don't play well (or atall) and it drags everyone down.

Also, it'd be nice to get a bit of the Gold and XP reward at the end of a mission, instead of either-or.
