I just went in to check if I have them, nothing has been unlocked. Can't really play the game either.

Seems to me it's only affected on Xbox one. I have the same issues. And some resets as well. I'm kind of hoping this will get fixed soon

Same here. I bought the season pass thinking I would get all the skins and added bonuses. But my level was reset, as well as all the skins locked. I have only played the game a little before the update but everything seems to have disappeared besides two characters that have been unlocked.
