Every time I play a mission I A.) don't find anyone to play with so I have to play solo and B.) Receive no rewards for completing the mission, not even XP.

If this is a bug, okay cool, I understand and will look forward to it being fixed.  If this is not a bug and is the intended way for the game to work holy crap this won't last very long.  If you can't find other players to play with you shouldn't be penalized for playing alone!  And some people just like solo play.  This should be allowed and still receive XP, maybe just add "bonus XP" when playing with others.
