Bug report & Technical Support / Got no items or currency from Starter pack on steam!

Bought the pack about 10 minutes from making this post and haven't received anything from the starter pack. My friend also bought it and he got everything right away so I'm pretty sure this is bugged for me and I hope one of the devs can help out......or I'm gonna be VERY sad haha...  :'(
