Thoughts on the devs incorporating a special event weekend(s)?

I would like some event that either gives players the opportunity to obtain timed exclusive skins/cards by playing/grinding a specific level or campaign for a weekend. Thoughts or other creative ideas?

Agreed. I would love to see some more Events, especially ones that reward players specifically. While the previous Event to unlock new cards for the highest-scoring characters was nice for the general player base, a more direct prize would be appreciated.
