Sorry if this has been asked somewhere else, and I just missed it, but I've got a question. Did she say the new characters would be arriving 'in the coming month' or 'in the coming months'?

Most likely months... there are two more characters to go... the gunslinger and the gal with what looks to be some sort of collar. They usually test characters extensively before release so it's doubtful they would all come out in one month. I'd say you might expect them all to be out by March... but that's just an educated guess.
