This wont happen for a while. I wouldn't worry much about that now. You're thinking 'way' ahead by maybe not even months but perhaps a year from now. By then we could very see a sequel to Raiders of the Broken Planet or other works that are related to this wonderful universe they created. Still hoping at some point we get a companion application.
I am with you for the most part, and really I don't think they would end the game without leaving us with at least what we earned for offline. I was merely replying in the context of his statement.
And dude, I keep games for the long haul. I love all my games, old and new. If I really like a game i will always go back to it, if for anything else but nostalgia.
