Here are some things I would change
1. Inform about a mentor game and give the choice to refuse
2. No MMR decrease if more than 2 players left the game
3. More gold drops I mean without the dayli it's quite impossible to grind for gold
4. If you use a skin fpr a certqin charakter others should be able to take the same char with an other skin
5. If you have a lvl 1-9 player in the group make enemys weaker so they don't waste all the lives from the team in seconds
6. Give the locals a little bit more HP around 20+
7. Mentor bonus should be higher than 20% I mean come on low level players are worse than tick trick or track
8. Let us see the players we're playing with before we have no possibility to leave the game
