Not sure if this is a known bug, and since searching gave no results, I made this thread.

I've had this bug happen to me a few times now, and I've also confirmed how it occurs.

If you use your ability while equipped with the card Adipocytes, and you have max ability bar and Aleph superboost, the game will crash.

I confirmed that the bug is still present. I was host a match, game crashed.

Then, when I used the ability again, it crashed the game even for the current host!

Update: Had to look back a bit, but the bug is known, and was supposed to be replaced with the card "spurs". So, technically, I shouldn't be able to use the Adipocytes card. I have access to the spurs card as well.

Hi Atma!

As you said, it's a known bug but it should be fixed (fix was updated on patch 8.1). Anyway, we're going to investigate it again.

Might be related-- I have heard that Spurs with x5 aleph will also cause host to crash. I haven't personally tested it yet but Woody said he tried it several times in a row on Destroyer of Worlds just to be sure.

That is true. Game just crashed due to spurs, and got a messages saying I'll be penalized if it continues. I also made a post about it in a fit of frustration.
