I do not remember what was the lvl of Hatchet before, but I am sure it was not 19. When I built DPM at forge lvl 19, Hatchet also became 19.

No bp of Hatchet and Shepard
I have built Hatchet. Shepard was at lvl 0.
Never built DPM before.
Hatchet now has 12/15 of Lethal, 12/15 of Effective, 0/15 of Affiliation, and 10/15 of Treasure Hunter. This seems to be lvl 19's points, 34, the same as DPM at lvl 19.

After a game, nothing changed.
After rebooting the application, nothing changed.

At the forge level 20, I manage to acquire 90k to re-forge the DPY-2M (I thought it was "DPM", my apology).

Long story short, unfortunately, I was not able to recreate the result.. DPY-2M became lvl 20, but others did not.

A similar result has not occurred on other characters.
