I think we should be able to put at least 4 cards in the loud out. and cards should be designed to complement each other provided the build is good.
when you are limited to 1 card it just kills the creativity of the players.
the thing that keeps games like Warframe alive is not playing a certain build but the ANTICIPATION before making a complete build.
