From my repeatedly experience this crash bug seems to occur when you go to look at someone's profile at any point where you're connected to others. This means, during character selection, during the actual match... at the end of the match during the reward screen. All of these are viable times for the crash. Just bringing up the guide on its own doesn't 'seem' to trigger it as it appears you have to trigger the guide 'through' the game itself to get the crash but it is instant so no screenshot is going to do you any good as what you really need is a video clip.
