Hiya, sort of new to this game. Been great playing so far! However, one thing that sort of persists throughout my total play time is that whenever I play hanging from a thread (could be the wrong level name not sure) the game shuts down completely without warning just after the elevator cutscene. Sometimes I can reconnect instantly after starting back up, other times I'm just stuck in a constant loop. If anyone could offer some insight that'd be very appreciated!

We have been trying to reproduce this issue but we haven’t been able. Please, may you give us more information? We’d need to know your platform, the game mode (Matchmaking or Solo), characters you are using, cards and weapons.

Once we have this information, we continue testing to find a fix.
