There's an issue with leaving a guild and enter another: it resets all the unique rewards that you have on that moment. I'm not sure if this is something that the developers want it to exist on the game, but I think that this can be something that some players can exploit.

Don't worry, the rewards aren't reseting. Each Guild has its own rewards distribution based on the Tiers, so it's normal if you see they are different when you get into a new Guild: you are most likely joining a Guild with a different Tier (and your group is always watching the same rewards as you).

Well, the problem is that, once you have won already all the rewards, you can switch to another guild and get all the rewards again. I mean... i dont mind having a couple of exp boosts stacked, but it seems a little unfair. You know what i mean?

I tend to bounce guilds regularly to find good aequalibrium, and I'm not getting the result you're mentioning.
