I was with a crappy team of new players on Hanging by a Thread, and they all left in the final stage (I didn't mind, because they were absolutely useless). After succeeding on my lonesome as Hans, I evacuated, but the timer kept running. When it reached zero, Cortez said the escaping lines of dialogue. It then panned out to a view of the outside of the ship and restarted from 50 seconds. When it reached zero that time, I failed the mission.
