i own the founders pack but it is telling me that have to purchase the dlc??? Whats going on?!

I'm wondering the same thing. It's probably because they are going to fully release it their time, GMT 9 AM.
For us in the United States we have to wait till basically 4 AM our time before it's in full release.
The buying thing though, I don't fully understand.

You should specify your platforms. For clarity, I'm on PS4 and the campaign is working fine without the founders pack.

It's happening to me too. I also bought the founders pack and cannot play the Wardogs Fury campaign, I play on Xbox and Windows.

We have been informed that, for reasons beyond MercurySteam's control, in some territories the Wardog Fury campaign is currently not appearing on the Xbox One and Windows 10 for some Founders Pack owners. We have been assured it is being corrected and will be available in the next few hours.

There are a lot of you guys on here. A sizeable portion of this forum is US-based on Xbox/W10.
