I was editing alicia when my 40% ho regen disapeared its locked so i have it, when i go to loadout it disapears i cant equip it anymore unless  its already equiped

This is happening to other players too. We have fixed this issue, but the changes will be applied to the game in the next patch. We'll let you know when the update is out. Thank you very much for your patience.
