Everytime I turn "Off" Vsync the graphics freak out and I get horizontal green bars flickering all over my screen. Never use to happen. It's only started with the newest update.

With Vsync ON the graphics are fine.

I'm on Steam/PC all drivers and software is up to date.
i7-7700K
Win 10 Pro 64bit
16GB RAM
Asus GTX 1080 @ 3840x2160 60hz
