There is a very unusual issue on Short Fuse involving the second half. Basically, it seems if you enter it with 5 Aleph already and put it straight into the very first device it will cause one of two things to happen. First, it will cause you to instantly win and if there is an Antagonist they will obviously instantly lose as well. Second, it will cause you to instantly fail. However, the biggest problem with this is it shouldn't be doing a win or a failure on just filling one device to begin with as that is an issue in and of itself. To my knowledge, this has been reproduced enough to confirm it does seem to involve having full Aleph (5) and using it straight away on the second part.
