I just can not find the rare weapons of Ginebra and HIWE ...
Someone can tell me if these weapons are better than "normal" weapons ....
Ginebra (in absolute my favorite with Kostantin) has the second weapon not standrard very good as power ... the rare also has such strength?

This is stated elsewhere but all weapons are considered side-grades and not particularly upgrades. I think the exception 'might' be the modified weapons as those are absolutely better than the default version. Ginebra's rare is best in short range to mid-range and shines in confined areas where you can maximize ricochets. As for Hive's rare, hers is fairly complex even when compared to other Rares but there is actually a thread about in the Raiders' Advice section. I will put the link below so you can follow that discussion and/or contribute your own thoughts. Also, I was going to translate this and try and keep it simple but you didn't specify what your primary language is...
