Why are there so many disconnections from servers playing as either an antagonist or 4 man team and if playing antagonist the disconnection cuts you off from your current mission and cannot log back on because the mission has ended?  Then punishing the antagonist for leaving the mission and taking mst of their stigmas already earned from previous missions?  I just started playing Raiders a few months ago. Honestly, great game, consept, characters and storyline!!!  However, the constant server crash is really getting annoying especially with the money being paid for game.  If the new DLC release on April 4, will the server disconnection be fixed?

There are no dedicated servers, you are connecting to a host (player), if the player hosting ragequit, the game have to find a new host.

If the player have a shitty connection then you gonna have lag or get disconnected from the game and in most casses you can not reconect to the match.

Sometimes the game just disconects you for wathever reason but is not the servers fault, because there are no dedicated servers, only players with bad connections, and the game almost always chose them to host.

I really appreciate you getting back to me.  So, if the game choose a host player to host the mission then why are we having to pay for the game or any of the expansions if the host player are the actual players?  That's way servers are so important.  If the server crashes then thw company can fix the bug, where we the players just get dropped and worse stigmas from us for "Quitting/Leaving" a mission?  I do not think that is fair to us, the players.  Any thoughts?

From what i see on the patch notes, stigmas and raider ranks will disappear, all your stigmas and ranks will turn into xp boosts at 5:1 ratio at a maximum of 40 xp boosts.

That mean you can earn all the boosts you can have if you are raider rank 8, have 8 stigmas accumulated, or a combination of both.

So, right now just buy some "lore" to rank up your raider rank to 8, or save 8 stigmas accumulated, and you will earn all the xp boosts you can have.

The update arrives on April 4.

That is what i understand from the new system and conversions, correct me if i am wrong  .

On a side note, the connection problems can be fixed, even if there are no dedicated servers, maybe the update also comes with some bugfixes to the disconnections problem.

conversion is the opposite of what you're thinking, Arnold. 5 stigmas or raider rank will become 1 xp boost. I am sad they capped it though, as I should be getting closer to 80 boosts due to all of my stigmas, but oh well.

You are paying for the service of being able to play the game they put a lot of work into... not having dedicated servers doesn't mean everything should be free, that doesn't even make sense. The base game is free anyways.

What I hate is when im hosting a match, and my internet for some random reason acts up and disconnects me from the game, I have mercurysteam wagging their fu**ing finger in my face telling me I 'rage quit' and if it happens again I will be punished more severely. Smfh. My internet usually gets me about 90mbps but god forbid it randomly disconnects.
