Enemy within

Basically get all the previous talk of re-spawn hell along with high damage boss mobs. Now add on a boss that has to be overloaded with aleph and shifting weak-points.  Sounds pretty manageable.

Now add an antagonist into that hell where they don't have to do much considering the hell that has already swooped down on your team. Still bearable.

Then add instakill monsters with the boss and possible antagonist and you have enemy within. Where the boss battle is a horrid concoction of all of these points boiled into an unholy terror of a gaming experience. The solutions are obvious so ill leave it at that. The other bosses (Aneska and Marmalade) are annoying , but they are much better balanced than the uras behreit battle.

A challenge is good, but masochistic torture ins't so much.

I think that the biggest problem with that fight is that it renders most of the Raider powers worthless(except maybe Alicia's, Harec's and Hans's), you can't push them with Kon's bubble, blind them with Shae. Jerk ass missile dogs

You kind of forget that the "instakill monsters" can't shoot at you, can't dodge your bullets and are very simple minded. Antagonists have nothing to do with Enemy within - if antagonist is present the adds spawn in smaller numbers and you have an additional aleph source. The problem with Enemy within is the useless raiders that literally suck because they can't deal with very simple adds. Also in some occasions the raiders don't even understand that the passive adds must be taken out as well because they eventually turn into agressive "Instakill monsters" and that shooting at these passive guys fasten the process of turning.

We can all say what we want, but the fact remains that there is mess of too many things happening at once. Gathering aleph from enemies, possible antagonist, hunting passive mobs, running from/ killing aggressive mobs, overload the boss, and shooting weak-points that consistently relocate. Also mentioned earlier, many skill are rather useless and at higher MMR, just make everything worse off. Plus about half of the raiders weapons are ineffective at destroying Uras behreits weak-points in the allotted time.

In theory it should all be simple, but too many things just complicate the matter.

Take it from an experienced antagonist: Enemy Within SUCKS to be the antag on. The massive reduction in Uras health, and demon spawns/health, makes it very hard to win. Antagonist cannot win a 4v1 gangbang, we have to have spawns to pull raider aggro. Antag also feeds aleph to the raider team very easily. I only win if I can distract raiders enough to leave Uras with a tiny sliver of health since that's the only time demons spawn with any acceptable rate.

Raider advice: Make sure you have a team that knows their roles. Konstantin with Tsiklon is the most efficient killer of demons, that should be his sole purpose if any of them are on the screen. Barring that, Pepper Pot can 3 shot them if shots are placed right. Harec can snipe them from the safety of stalking. Shae with Dagan is good too. The snipers also both make FAST work of the Uras ganglions. Ginebra with Javelin is ok, but she needs to have distance. At least she is great at escaping them. If you let the demons spawn out of control then you're gonna have a bad day, that's the only danger to the raiders in this mission... a good team can kill Uras with 2 overloads, easily.

Eh not sure about two overloads with antag unless you have three bubble poppers and someone taking care of antag
