The name says it all, the voice chat in game is turned off by default so unless you go turn it on in'settings' no one will hear you speak in game

I 100% agree. Many people dont check settings for things like this and since so few players have it on no one realizes the game even has voice chat. The game is missing a big opportunity by having it off by default. Have it ON by default and let players turn it off if they choose so.
