Add sigh to the list.
Vortex is good for general damage, like to bosses. And can set up grabs for you. Wisdom is good for PvP. Sigh is good for crowd control through stuns if you couple it with the Harmony Card, and so offers great support for allies verses enemies attacking them.

These days (high forge cost) I like Vortex the most, because it's a bounty hunter weapon (so more Gold at the end). But as Level9Drow already wrote, all three are good and worth buying.

also would like to add that for wisdom you will have to do headshots in order to do decent damage, and the fire rate is very slow but when there is an antagonist is great since you only need 1 well placed shot to the head of a mob nearby him to take him down.

Side note. Crit build for Last Wish with harmony is unexpectedly good at dealing damage given how the first 5 shots are rapid and at least one should be a critical hit for about 125 body, 220 head.
Wasn't expecting last wish to be any good either.

yeah i actually prefer last wish better than wisdom, just build it for crits and it does crazy amount of burst damage.
