I've gotten over 10 Smoking Daisy's in a row been always using my rare drop with Alicia since I started a few weeks ago and I am now 63. Is the drop rate for Rock&Roll working correctly or am I just that unlucky?

The drop rate is working properly and with the new system you have 50/50 chances to get a normal or a rare Blueprint.
