Hey so I built Hans's rare gun Warm and I cant help but notice a small tiny detail of it. It's useless? I don't know if this is the way I'm using it correctly or if it is just in a overly nerfed state like Valeria's "Whip" or what but my Warm has hero killer and exterminator maxed out and its only doing 1 point of tick damage? That's less damage than Schneider's laser pointer... Can someone explain?

in pvp i feel it pretty crappy too, but maybe i just don't know how to use it, (i'm not really good with hans guns in general.)
nonetheless, in pve, against most boss, it does really strong damages.

You can buff it dmg with cards.... but its really IS a bad gun. so sorry you wasted 86k

I think they should add some higher damage for initial impact

I think its because some players complain about things being "overpowered" and threatening to leave the game until its fixed then once it becomes nerfed no one talks about it again. For example, The Whip for Valeria. It wasn't overpowered yet sense people complained about it they nerfed it. People who complained about it was happy the gun became useless and yet others complained about the nerf. MSE doesn't really know who to listen to so they leave the nerf or buff and wait a awhile to see if the scale of "NERF THIS!" or "BUFF THIS!" becomes more weighed in one favor than the other. Hope this makes sense
