Why can't the matchmaking for Xbox 1 be easier. I have been stuck in an endless loop of people not readying up...which they probably are its just to long to que them up

We need more Xbox 1 users. Why not you bring your friends? we can give keys to them and you can do a squad with them and play more easly ;-)
