The game launches but all I see is my desktop and the game icon on taskbar, I can still hear the sounds and when I click somewhere I hear the menu sounds.
E: I figured it out, I have korean 1440p monitor overclocked to 96Hz the game shows up when I lowered monitor refresh rate back to 60.
E2: There's config file at "C:\Users\UserName\Documents\MercurySteam\RotBP Beta\NUMBERSHERE\game.cfg"
I changed these to play at unlocked framerate:
NoBorder = 1
FullScreen = 0
VideoHeight = 1440 ### Use your correct resolution here
VideoWidth = 2560 ### Use your correct resolution here
VSync = 0
There's also other graphics settings that you can play with along with ability to enable VoiceChat but I don't know if that works.
