"buy" what characters exactly? Do you mean the needed gold to unlock Hans?
You should have access to Mikah due to owning the founder's pack, given you've installed the latest patch (because there was an issue with the pack on Xbox afaik).
If not: Please give more detailed info so the devs can figure out what's going wrong.

Buy HANS he is on the game originaly I used him a couple of times but now I have to buy it its locked

You just have to unlock him for ingame Gold you get showered with while playing, mate. o.O

The only reason he's unlocked in the free prologue for non-fp-owners is that there wouldn't be enough characters playable for all Raiders otherwise.

So...just play a little, save some Gold and you're fine.
No ripoff here, no real money taken from anyone, no need to rage.
